Sponsorship information
This Festival is a fundraiser for the American
Heart Association and the Curry Health Foundation.
The goal is to raise a combined total of $5,000.00 to be distributed to these
charities. You can help with either a cash or a product donation. Products will
be raffled off during the Spin-Down Spaghetti-Feed on Saturday September 11,
2004. Becoming
a sponsor is a tremendous way to expose your products, services, or
organizations while at the same time helping these two organizations increase
awareness and research into a healthier North America. We
are planning on having approximately 500 riders participate and an additional
1500 people as spectators, volunteers, and Spin-Down Spaghetti-Feed attendees.
In addition to the people who will be in Gold Beach that day, countless
thousands of others will be exposed to our promotion campaign. We will be aggressively
marketing the festival through direct mail, flyers and posters at shops, clubs
and other cycling events, as well as e-mail newsletters, press releases, and
advertising in local and national media. While we will publicize the Festival
nationally, the major concentration of the marketing campaign will be from
Seattle to San Francisco. There
